Facilities Services Support  

We offer a range of sustainability-focused services to help improve campus infrastructure, lower energy use, and advance environmental efforts across MTSU.  

Departmental Support.
We provide sustainability guidance and consulting to departments across campus.
Energy and Efficiency Projects.
We support campus energy upgrades such as LED lighting, HVAC optimization to improve energy efficiency, and emissions reporting.
New Building and Renovation support.
We provide guidance to make buildings easier to maintain, more efficient, and built for longevity.
Recycling & Waste Reduction.
We manage campus recycling and promote opportunities to reduce waste, supporting a cleaner, greener campus.
Renewable Energy and Solar.
We coordinate selling back unused solar power for credit on campus electric bills and explore new opportunities for using renewables.
Sustainability Coordination.
We coordinate and track sustainability efforts across MTSU to share success stories and spark collaboration.
Sustainability Project Advising.
We serve on the Sustainable Campus Fee Committee, offering advice to students, staff, and faculty proposing sustainability projects.
Utility Services.
We assist with managing campus utility contracts, detecting leaks, and identifying cost-and-energy-saving opportunities.
